Casa Branco is a modern and stylish 1 bedroom apartment located in centre of Carvoeiro within easy walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The apartment has access to a large outdoor communal swimming pool.
Despite its town centre location, the apartment is located away from the road and receives very little noise pollution. The apartment is situated on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the communal pool and also has views of undeveloped hillside and the town. The balcony is West facing and receives sunshine throughout the afternoon until sunset and has a retractable awning for those hot summer days. It is also equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy dining alfresco. There is a seating area outside the entrance to the apartment facing East for enjoying the morning sun.
Air conditioning units are fitted in the living room and bedroom. There is also free Wi-Fi, cable TV and a safe to store your valuables.
A cot and highchair are available on request.
Carvoeiro is is a charming, seaside town. Boat trips that explore the coastline and its caves and grottos leave regularly from the town beach. Also during the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected next to the beach in the square and live music is played every night.
The accommodation comprises of entrance hall, open plan living / dining area with sliding doors opening onto the balcony, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom.
The kitchen is fitted with electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is a small door off the kitchen that leads to a covered terrace with washing machine.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

Casa Branco was a lovely place to stay - extremely clean, well equipped and comfortable. The apartment building and the pool area needs some updating and the late night karaoke in Carvoeiro was very noisy but overall we had a really relaxing and enjosee more

Had a pleasant stay at the apartment which is centrally placed in Carviero. Although its close to some of the busiest pubs we couldn't hear much noise. We did have problem with a very strong smell coming from the bathroom. Michelle did send a person see more

A notre arrivée, léger quiproquo sur le boitier clé à l'entrée de la résidence la description parlait de deux boitiers sur le mur alors que nous en avons trouvé au moins huit. En fait, il fallait lire que le boiter de l'appartement correspondait au deuxième ou second de la rangée. Rien à dire sur l'appartement, conforme à la description, très bien équipé, joliment décoré et surtout dans un état de propreté impeccable. Un seul bémol cependant, des odeurs nauséabondes provenant de la douche principalement que nous avons du supporter en permanence durant toute la durée du séjour....dommage!!

Excellent séjour à Carvoiero ! Le logement est très agréable. Le lieu est propre et joliment décoré. La localisation est géniale. Très proche de la plage ! L'accès à la piscine est un gros + !! Je recommande.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns in der gemütlichen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man zum kochen braucht, und wenn man mal nicht kochen will, hat man eine riesige kusee more
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns in der gemütlichen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man zum kochen braucht, und wenn man mal nicht kochen will, hat man eine riesige kulinarische Auswahl an Restaurants in kürzester Entfernung im Ort. Zur Begrüßung hatten wir sogar Aufschnitt, Toast, Wasser und Orangensaft im Kühlschrank stehen. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt und zum Pool braucht es nur eine Fahrt mit dem Fahrstuhl nach unten. Am Pool ist auch immer etwas frei gewesen als wir da waren. Die Tiefgarage ist genial, gerade wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. 🙂
