Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival date = 75% of the booking price.
Less than 28 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.

In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Casa Encantada is a 1 bedroom apartment located walking distance from the centre of Carvoeiro and is the ultimate base for your holiday. The apartment benefits from shared use of a communal pool and garden.
A 5 minute walk will take you to the town square and a stunning golden sand beach where many open-air events are hosted throughout the summer.
Whether a family holiday, adventure holiday or romantic getaway, Carvoeiro has something for everyone. An abundance or restaurants, cafés, dining experiences, live entertainment, boat trips, watersports, tennis, hiking, scuba diving, cliff walking and so much more.
The accommodation comprises of entrance hall, well equipped kitchen, open plan living / dining room with sliding doors opening onto a large balcony, double bedroom with sliding doors onto the balcony, family bathroom and a spacious, private roof terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding area.
The apartment has air conditioning, fibre optic Wi-Fi and cable TV.
A cot and high chair are avaiable on request.
There are various amenities within walking distance however buses are available for those looking to travel further afield. Local taxi firm numbers are provided in the house information book and there is a taxi rank just 400 meters from the apartment.
Casa Amiga is a 1 bedroom apartment with private parking and communal pool located within walking distance of amenities and the beach. Located in the centre of Carvoeiro everything is right on your doorstep.
The apartment benefits from use of a communal swimming pool and garden and also has a private terrace equipped with barbecue, outdoor dining table and sun loungers.
Whether it be an adventure holiday or romantic getaway, Carvoeiro has something for everyone. An abundance or restaurants, cafés, dining experiences, live entertainment, boat trips, watersports, tennis, hiking, scuba diving, cliff walking and so much more.

Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

No great issues to complain about. It might be worthy of mentioning hill for potential clients who may have mobility issues but we were fine. Defo fitter now than when we arrived.

Excellent apartment, very well equipped and very spacious for a one bed. Welcome pack of essentials was much appreciated after a long flight. Short walk downhill into town and a nice climb back up!!! Good size communal swimming pool just across from see more
