CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Casa Franjolea is a 2 bedroom townhouse with communal swimming pool overlooking Vale de Milho golf course. The house has been beautifully furnished and decorated, offers sea views and is only a 17 minute walk or a short drive to the beach. The communal pool has lounge chairs, umbrellas, a rinsing shower and is never crowded. It is a wonderful space to relax in, and is situated directly adjacent to the golf course with uninterrupted views of the fairways and greens.
The entrance level enjoys a spacious open plan living / dining area with sliding doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the golf course and Atlantic Ocean, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and guest WC. The balcony off the living space is equipped with a gas bbq and outdoor dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. Also, the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset.
Stairs from the entrance level lead down to a lower level with two en-suite bedrooms. Both rooms have double beds, and the bed in the second bedrooms can be split into 2 single beds. Sliding doors from the second bedroom lead to a terrace equipped with sun loungers.
The house is air conditioned throughout, has Wi-Fi, cable, a smart TV for streaming services and parking directly outside the building. A cot and high chair are available on request.
The nearest beach, Praia de Vale Centeanes, is just a 17 minute walk away. It's a sheltered bay bordered by striking sandstone cliffs. Boat trips around the caves and grottos leave daily from the beach and it offers various other activities such as pedalo hire, kayak hire, wakeboarding and more. Located at the beach is O Stop restaurant / snack bar which can serve as an elegant restaurant for an evening meal or somewhere to grab a lunchtime snack. There are a few other restaurants within walking distance of the house.
Carvoeiro town centre is just a few minutes away by car/taxi. Carvoeiro itself is a charming, family friendly town. It offers numerous superb bars and restaurants and many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.
This modern 2 bedroom duplex apartment boasts stunning sea views, a communal pool also overlooking the ocean and is only a few steps from the centre of Carvoeiro and its beautiful golden sand beach.
The accommodation comprises of open plan living / dining room with sliding doors opening onto a spacious terrace equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs, immaculate and well equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with ocean view and sliding doors opening onto a balcony, a family bathroom, a second double bedroom and guest WC.

Carvoeiro offers numerous superb bars and restaurants and many open-air musical events throughout the summer months. Furthermore, it is nearby to 3 golf courses, a water park, tennis courts, scuba diving centre, winery and a whole array of other activities and beaches.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
Casa Angelica is a modern and stylish, recently fully renovated, 2 bedroom apartment located in the centre of Carvoeiro and only 150 metres from the beach. The apartment boasts both town and partial sea views from its spectacular and spacious roof terrace.
The apartment is bright, modern and beautifully decorated with artwork sourced from local artists. It is equipped with air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi and cable TV. A cot and highchair are available on request.
Situated in Carvoeiro town centre, Casa Angelica is walking distance from amenities. Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town. The apartment comprises of an open plan living / dining / kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven & hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, breakfast bar and extendable table that can seat up to 4 guests. The chic living room has a smart TV and large window overlooking the town. The master bedroom is a spacious room with double bed, en-suite shower room and french windows. The second bedroom is also a double bedroom and there is a second shower room.
Upstairs resides the spacious roof terrace area offerring sweeping views of the town and ocean. An excellent place to relax with sun loungers, seating area and dining area if you want to eat alfresco.
Guests will have the sole use of the apartment and roof terrace.
Inside the house is an information book with emergency contact numbers and useful information about the house and the local area. Guests are also provided with a 24h contact number so they can contact the property manager in the event of a problem or with regards to any questions pertaining to the house.
The apartment is easy walking distance from amenities and the town beach. Buses are available for those looking to travel further afield. Local taxi firm numbers are provided in the house information book and there is a taxi rank in the centre of Carvoeiro.
