In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Casa Leon is beautiful and stylish 2 bedroom apartment in a superb location with stunning sea view.
The apartment is new to the rental market and was completely refurbished in 2024. The apartment has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard.
The accommodation comprises of a bright and airy open plan kitchen / dining area / living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and sliding door that opens to the patio with an ocean view. The second bedroom also has double bed and a convenient remote work desk. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. Patio doors from the living area open onto a South facing terrace and adjoining garden area with magnificent sea view. The terrace is equipped with outdoor dining table, a built-in charcoal barbecue and sun loungers on the lawn – a truly idyllic place in which to relax.
Exceptionally well located in a quiet cul-de-sac, Casa Leon is a few steps from the stunning Algar Seco and Seven Hanging Valley Trail and is within easy walking distance of the scenic boardwalk and all of Carvoeiro's wonderful cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. Carvoeiro beach is just a 10 minute walk away and Centeanes beach a little further but still just a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town with many options for international restaurants and dining experiences. Enjoy a gentle stroll along The Boardwalk, taking in spectacular views of the coastline. Boat trips exploring the stunning caves and grottos, leave regularly from the beach. During the summer months (June – September), the square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a food and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage. For the more adventurous, boat trips, water sports, tennis, hiking, golf, scuba diving and cliff walking illustrates that Carvoeiro has something for everyone.
Due to the above standard furnishings and original art, this active owner-used vacation home is best suited to adults and children ages 12 and older. Pets and children under the age of 12 are not allowed. Youth groups, stag parties and hen parties are not permitted.

Situated in Carvoeiro town centre, Casa Angelica is walking distance from amenities. Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town. From Carvoeiro beach runs regular boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area. Carvoeiro offers numerous superb bars and restaurants and many open-air musical events throughout the summer months. Furthermore, it is nearby to 3 golf courses, a water park, tennis courts, scuba diving centre, winery and a whole array of other activities and beaches.
The apartment comprises of an open plan living / dining / kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven & hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, breakfast bar and extendable table that can seat up to 4 guests. The chic living room has a smart TV and large window overlooking the town. The master bedroom is a spacious room with double bed, en-suite shower room and french windows. The second bedroom is also a double bedroom and there is a second shower room.
Upstairs resides the spacious roof terrace area offerring sweeping views of the town and ocean. An excellent place to relax with sun loungers, seating area and dining area if you want to eat alfresco.
Guests will have the sole use of the apartment and roof terrace.
Inside the house is an information book with emergency contact numbers and useful information about the house and the local area. Guests are also provided with a 24h contact number so they can contact the property manager in the event of a problem or with regards to any questions pertaining to the house.
The apartment is easy walking distance from amenities and the town beach. Buses are available for those looking to travel further afield. Local taxi firm numbers are provided in the house information book and there is a taxi rank in the centre of Carvoeiro.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the centre of Carvoeiro with everything right on your doorstep. The apartment is only 300m from the beach and also benefits from the use of a large communal swimming pool.
Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town. From Carvoeiro beach runs regular boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area. There is a scuba diving centre nearby, kayaking, pedaloes and much more. Carvoeiro offers numerous superb bars and restaurants and many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.
The accommodation comprises of entrance hall, living / dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and second bedroom and second bathroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed and the other bedroom is a twin room. Both bedrooms having sliding doors opening onto terraces. Of the two terraces, one is North facing and the other is South facing. The en-suite bathroom comprises of sink, WC and walk in shower. The other bathroom comprises of sink, WC, bidet and bath with overhead shower.
The apartment has dual air conditioning / heating units, Wi-Fi, cable TV and a cot and highchair are available on request.
Please note that owing to the apartment's excellent, central location that noise disruption is a possibility in the summer months.
