Casa Brisa Suave is a top floor, 1 bedroom apartment with spectacular views of the coast to the West and vistas of the Monchique mountains to the North. A new listing as of June 2023, it is located in Quinta da Boa Nova, a beautiful resort with lavish gardens, outdoor communal swimming pool and tennis courts.
The accommodation comprises of a spacious open plan living / dining area with sliding doors opening onto a terrace with magnificent views, a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a multi purpose utility room / pantry with a washing machine. The bedroom has a large double bed and sliding doors that open onto the balcony. The bathroom is spacious and has both a bath and separate shower cubicle.
The apartment benefits from use of a communal swimming pool with changing and shower facilities, sun-loungers and umbrellas. Tennis courts are available for guests to enjoy.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and cable TV. There is plenty of parking near the building and cots and highchairs are available on request.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking inside.
Boa Nova nestles between the fishing village of Ferragudo and the coastal resort of Carvoeiro. There are no shortage of activities in the area including boat tours to sea grottos, kayaking, paddle boarding, horse riding, local walks, birdwatching, water parks, golf courses, shops, bars, restaurants, and of course many stunning local beaches.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

Lovely Apartment with great views in a very serene location with a top class communal pool etc…TLC letting agency has left some food products on our arrival which were greatly appreciated …really enjoyed our stay & plan on returning
