CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Casa Desa is a beautiful detached villa with private heated swimming pool, games room and cinema room located within walking distance of amenities.
The villa is located in a suburb or Carvoeiro within walking distance of several restaurants, coffee shops and a mini market. The town centre is just 3km away, as are the nearest beaches.
The outside areas offer plenty of space to relax, unwind and make the most of the Algarve weather. There is a large swimming pool (which can be heated at an extra cost). The main pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas a plenty. Another terrace boasts a built in barbecue with outdoor dining area under a pergola and an additional seating area.
The accommodation itself comprises of entrance hall, open plan living / dining area, kitchen and utility room, 4 en-suite bedrooms, a fifth bathroom, cinema room and games room with ping pong table and darts board.
The villa has air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi and an internet hosted TV service offering a wide array of UK channels. Cots and highchairs are available on request.
Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town which hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months and boasts an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants
A short 5 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. The city of Portimão just a little further afield but still only a 15 minute drive.
Located in such a central location, the villa is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
Casa do Farol is a beautiful, detached 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a large, private pool located in Vale de Milho within walking distance of the beach and golf course. The accommodation is set over one level with no steps making it ideal for small children and people with limited mobility.
Designed for alfresco living, the villa offers and abundance of outdoor areas in which to enjoy the Algarve sunshine. The main pool terrace is generously sized with an 9 x 4.5 metre swimming pool, built-in barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers and 2 dining areas one of which is covered and the other which is serviced by an electrical awning. There is a courtyard with second barbecue and outdoor seating off the dining area and steps leading to a roof terrace boasting Ocean views.
The villa comprises of entrance hall with WC, well equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a further 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, TV channels in an array of different languages and a cot and high chair are available on request.
The nearest beach is just a 15 minute walk away. It's a sheltered bay bordered by striking sandstone cliffs. Boat trips around the caves and grottos leave daily from the beach and it offers various other activities such as pedalo hire, kayak hire, wakeboarding and more. Located at the beach is O Stop restaurant / snack bar which can serve as an elegant restaurant for an evening meal or somewhere to grab a lunctime snack. There are a few other restaurants within easy walking distance of the villa.
Carvoeiro town centre is just a few minutes away by car/taxi. Carvoeiro itself is a charming, family friendly town. During the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected in the square and live music is played every night.
