Located on the sought after resort of Quinta do Paraiso, Casa Colly is a 2-bedroom detached villa with private swimming pool located just a short, scenic walk into Carvoeiro village centre where you can find a wonderful selection of cafes and restaurants together with supermarkets, bars, gift shops and a stunning, golden sand beach.
New to the rental market in 2025, the accommodation comprises of an open plan living / dining room, kitchen, conservatory / sun room master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans, utensils, crockery and other necessities you would expect.
The property has wi-fi and there is a smart TV in the living room so guests can sign into Netflix, Prime, Disney + and other streaming services. There are dual air conditioning / heating units in both bedrooms and the living area. The living room also has a log burning fireplace for those who prefer a fire on those cooler evenings.
Set on a large plot of 1,350m2, the villa offers privacy, a private swimming pool and plenty of outdoor space in which to enjoy the Algarve sunshine. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor table for alfresco dining and a charcoal barbecue for grilling. There is plenty of space for parking on the drive for those you plan to hire a car.
Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town with many options for international dining out. Enjoy a gentle stroll along The Boardwalk, taking in spectacular views of the coastline. Boat trips exploring the stunning caves and grottos, leave regularly from the beach. During the summer months (June – September), the square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a meal and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage.
A short 7 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. The city of Portimão just a little further afield but still only a 15 minute drive.
Located in such a central location, the villa is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.
Casa Ballyhale is a detached, 3 bedroom villa with private pool located in Vale de Milho, Carvoeiro just 300 meters from the golf course and clubhouse and a 15 minute walk from the beach.
The swimming pool can be heated (heating extra) so guests can enjoy it throughout the year. The pool is bordered by a large terrace equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and adjoined by a covered BBQ area and outdoor shower and ping pong table.
There is a second bbq area on the courtyard that adjoins the dining area. This courtyard has seating as well as table football and stairs from the courtyard lead upstairs to the roof terrace with views of the surrounding area.
The villa is air conditioned throughout and there is parking sufficient for 2 or 3 cars on the driveway. The villa is also equipped with free Wi-Fi, an internet based TV service with a large array of channels available in several different languages and a cot and high chair are available on request.
The nearest beach is just a 15 minute walk away. It's a sheltered bay bordered by striking sandstone cliffs. Boat trips around the caves and grottos leave daily from the beach and it offers various other activities such as pedalo hire, kayak hire, wakeboarding and more. Located at the beach is O Stop restaurant / snack bar which can serve as an elegant restaurant for an evening meal or somewhere to grab a lunctime snack. There are a few other restaurants within easy walking distance of the villa.
Carvoeiro town centre is just a few minutes away by car/taxi. Carvoeiro itself is a charming, family friendly town. During the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected in the square and live music is played every night.
The accommodation comprises of entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living/dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The living/dining area is spacious with a working fireplace and ample seating for 6 persons. Of the 3 bedrooms, 1 has a double bed and the remaining 2 bedrooms have twin beds which have the possibility to configure as a king size double beds should guests prefer this. Of the 2 bathrooms, 1 is an en-suite which is attached to the bedroom with the double bed. The en-suite bathroom consists of bath tub, separate walk-in shower, double sink and WC. The second bathroom consists of walk-in shower, double sink and WC.
Inside the villa is an information book with emergency contact numbers and useful information about the house and the local area. Guests are also provided with a 24h contact number so they can contact the property manager in the event of a problem or with regards to any questions pertaining to the house.
There is a taxi rank in the centre of the village and the central taxi number is provided in the house information book. You can also travel around by Uber, tuk tuk and bus. Details of which can be found in the villa.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
Casa Pachorrenta is a modern and stylish 3 bedroom villa with private salt water pool located in the centre of Carvoeiro only 500 metres from the beach.
The villa offers spacious terraces equipped with comfy seating areas, outdoor dining table, sun beds, parasols, barbecue and pool. Ideal for making the most of outdoor living.
The accommodation comprises of an open plan living / dining / kitchen area, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds) and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
The house is fully air conditioned, has Wi-Fi and both cable TV and an internet hosted TV service with numerous international channels. A cot an highchair can be provided on request.
Carvoeiro is family friendly, seaside town with a beautiful sandy beach at its centre. From the beach run regular boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area. There is a scuba diving centre nearby, kayaking, pedaloes and much more. Carvoeiro offers numerous superb bars and restaurants and many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.
This truly is a beautiful villa located in the middle of the Algarve a stones throw away from numerous attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.
