Casa Figueira is a spacious, elegant, 3 bedroom villa situated in a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to Vale do Milho golf course. The villa has a private heated pool (heating extra) enclosed by a spacious terrace with pool shower, BBQ area, sun loungers and outdoor seating areas. There is also an internal courtyard with second BBQ area.
The villa is equipped with a 42" plasma TV, free Wi-Fi, smart Blu-ray player, DVD player, CD player, and safe. The property is fully fenced with electric entry gates and air conditioning throughout.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
The nearest beach is just a 15 minute walk away. It's a sheltered bay bordered by striking sandstone cliffs. Boat trips around the caves and grottos leave daily from the beach and it offers various other activities such as pedalo hire, kayak hire, wakeboarding and more. Located at the beach is O Stop restaurant / snack bar which can serve as an elegant restaurant for an evening meal or somewhere to grab a lunctime snack. There are a few other restaurants within easy walking distance of the villa.
Carvoeiro town centre is just a few minutes away by car/taxi. Carvoeiro itself is a charming, family friendly town. During the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected in the square and live music is played every night.
When you enter the villa double doors lead to a circular entrance hall with stairs sweeping up to the first floor. On the first floor resides the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors from the bedroom open onto a terrace with sea views and comfy seating area.
On the ground floor there is the living/dining area which has been stylishly decorated. The living area opens onto the main pool terrace. Adjoining the living room is the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including dishwasher and washing machine. There are a further two en-suite bedrooms on this level, both with sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace a guest WC.
Guests have full, private use of the entire property to include the living area, dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, entrance hall, guest WC, driveway, garden, terraces and swimming pool.
The villa is looked after by a property manager. You will be provided with contact details for the property manager in case you have any questions or need assistance during your stay. The property manager also has a 24h emergency phone number.
There is a taxi rank in the centre of the village and the central taxi number is provided in the house information book. You can also travel around by tuk tuk and bus. Details of which can be found in the villa.

Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

Casa Pachorrenta is a modern and stylish 3 bedroom villa with private salt water pool located in the centre of Carvoeiro only 500 metres from the beach. The villa offers spacious terraces equipped with comfy seating areas, outdoor dining table, sun beds, parasols, barbecue and pool. Ideal for making the most of outdoor living. The accommodation comprises of an open plan living / dining / kitchen area, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds) and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. A fantastic stay and well hosted by a great team. The villa was everything we hoped for: a place to use as a basestay in the villa itself. The heated pool gave us huge amenity especially on the cooler days. First class.

Our stay was a fantastic get away from home for me and my family. The villa is beautiful and exactly as seen in the photos (if not bigger and more beautiful). We were blown away by how many amenities the property had, making it feel cosy and comfortasee more

We were blown away by how many amenities the property had, making it feel cosy and comfortable. We made full use of the bbq and pool. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet with a recommendation of getting a car to travel to all nearby local destinations. Would highly recommend the villa for any family looking for a home away from home! Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s Villa. It was exactly as described, well equipped, comfortable and well maintained. We are a family of five and the villa was well suited to our needs with games, inflatables and all the utilities needed fur a comfortable stay. The pool was well kept and beautiful to swim in. There were a couple of kitchen appliances that didn’t work on arrival, but TLC villas were always contactable and responded immediately, replacing the appliances with brand new items within 48 hours. The maid service was also welcome and helped make our stay even more comfortable. It did take us a while to find the villa (the coordinates didn’t seem to match the location of the villa), but again, we were able to contact the host and she talked us through our journey until we arrived. The surrounding area is stunning and the restaurant recommendations were excellent. A very well presented and curated villa which we would not hesitate to recommend to others.

We stay in Villas a lot and this one was great for a number of reasons: 1) Clear communication as soon as we booked 2) Many of the "little things" were great (internet good, TV great, pool towels, enough loungers, working parasols, enough equipment in the kitchen, bathrooms great (have been refurbed since the pics on AirBnb were uploaded!), little welcome pack. 3) Check in / out instructions simple. 4) TLC are great agents (we had two very minor problems which were resolved immediately - one with a call out). 5) Great folder of info including beaches / restaurants / instructions etc. Minor cleaning things such as bathroom mats looked used, the BBQ desperately needs a clean (we did our best!) but aside from that, great place. Venue is lovely backing onto the small 9 hole golf course (which is very quiet), couple of restaurants (Lighthouse - excellent and Pashmina GREAT curry!) in walking distance but a car is a good shout here. Thanks!
