This stunning, luxury villa was recently constructed and is located in a quiet residential area in the suburbs of Carvoeiro. Modern in design, the villa is light, spacious and airy throughout and has all the comforts you would expect from a contemporary property such as this.
The pièce de resistance of this magnificent property is no doubt the roof terrace which offers panoramic views of the Ocean and Monchique mountains. These views can be enjoyed whilst relaxing in the roof top hot tub. There is also a large sofa on which to relax and a kitchen / bar area equipped with sink and fridge for convenience. An amazing spot to watch the sunset.
Upon entry to the villa you are greeted by a beautiful double height entrance hall with almost floor to ceiling windows allowing for an abundance of natural light. The entrance hall leads to an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. From the entrance hall you can use the elevator or stairs to access the first floor and roof terrace. A separate corridor from the entrance hall leads to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and an office/reading room.
The living space with its tall windows is also very light. Sliding doors give access to a large, decked and covered terrace which runs adjacent to the pool. The infinity pool is a generous 15 x 6 metres and can be heated (for an additional fee). The decking offers a number of seating options such as armchairs, sun loungers, dining table and chairs. Making the most of outdoor living.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a 5-ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, separate wine fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. The laundry room has both a washer and dryer. The door from the kitchen leads to a covered barbecue area with gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue, ice machine and sink. It is very well positioned for both access to the kitchen and pool terrace.
The first floor comprises of 3 en-suite bedrooms. 2 twin bedrooms and the master suite which has a double bed. The master bedroom en-suite has both a bath and walk-in shower whereas the other en-suites are shower rooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with televisions and have sliding doors opening onto terraces or balconies. The master bedroom and twin room on the first floor, South side of the villa also have partial sea views.
The villa is completely enclosed and gated with beautifully manicured gardens. The driveway offers plenty of space for turning, ample parking as well as a car port with electric charging point. The villa is alarmed, has electric shutters throughout, air conditioning and central heating.
Carvoeiro Tennis & Padel club is just down the road. Besides tennis and padel, it also has a pickleball court, gymnasium, outdoor pools, trampolines, dance classes, fitness classes, café, kids activities, masseuse and physical therapist.
Carvoeiro town centre is just a 5 minute drive or Uber away. Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town with many options for international dining out. Enjoy a gentle stroll along The Boardwalk, taking in spectacular views of the coastline. Boat trips exploring the stunning caves and grottos, leave regularly from the beach. During the summer months (June – September), the square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a meal and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage.
A short 8 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. The city of Portimão just a little further afield but still only a 15 minute drive.
Located in such a central location, the villa is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.
The villa is best suited to couples and families. Please, no stag parties, hen parties etc. Parties and events at the property are strictly prohibited.

The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

Casa Rosfra is a beautiful, traditionally styled, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, detached villa with a heated private pool in a quiet, peaceful cul de sac located just a short stroll to the stunning Centeanes beach and restaurants. On entering the villa there is a ‘home from home’ fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine available next to the kitchen in its own utility area. The kitchen opens up onto a very spacious living area with sofa, chairs, log fire and dining area for 8 people. The property is particularly great for two families holidaying together, offering two separate wings of sleeping accommodation. Wing one has two twin rooms (one en-suite) and a further bathroom. Wing two also has two twin rooms, serviced by a shared bathroom. All the bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. Fibre optic Wifi is available and the TV offers offer a selection of English and multinational channels. There is also an iPad docking station, DVD player, English and German books and a selection of cards and games. A cot and highchair are available to rent on request. Beach / pool towels are provided. The property is set in a large, fully-fenced and gated plot, with wrap-around terraces and plenty of space for al-fresco dining, barbecuing and outdoor living. The villa is beautiful and just as in the photos. Modern and comfortable interior with stunning gardens and pool. It is just a short drive to the beach and big supermarkets and being able to use the nearby tennis club and gym was a big bonus. Communisee more

Communication with the property management company was efficient and professional and any issues were taken care of quickly. Highly recommend a trip here!
