CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Vivenda das Oliveiras is a contemporary, luxury villa that was recently constructed and is located in a quiet residential area in the suburbs of Carvoeiro.
The property was designed with outdoor living in mind and is set amongst beautifully manicured gardens replete with native fruit trees. It has a 5 x 10 meter swimming pool which can be heated (for an additional fee). Adjacent to the pool is a spacious terrace complete with sun loungers, umbrellas and shaded pergola with comfy seating area. To the side of the pergola is the barbecue area complete with 2 gas barbecues, sink and fridge for convenience.
Upon entry to the villa you are greeted by a split level staircase which leads up to the living areas and down towards the bedrooms. On the first floor, the living space is completely open plan – living area, dining area and kitchen. The South facing wall has tall windows with sliding doors opening onto a vast terrace well equipped with outdoor dining area for 10 and another comfy seating area beneath a large parasol. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large breakfast bar, 4-ring hob, oven, microwave, American style fridge freezer, separate wine fridge and dishwasher.
The ground floor comprises of 4 en-suite bedrooms and a WC. All 4 bedrooms have double beds. 2 of them look onto the pool terrace and the other 2 have garden views. The master bedroom en-suite has both a bath and walk-in shower whereas the other en-suites are shower rooms.
On the lower ground floor resides a family room and garage with laundry room. The family room has a double bed, 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Adjacent to this room is another room with a pool table. The laundry room in the garage has both a washing machine and a dryer.
The driveway offers space for turning and ample parking as well as a garage. The villa is air conditioned throughout and has underfloor heating. Cot and high chairs for infants are available upon request.
Carvoeiro Tennis & Padel club is just down the road. Besides tennis and padel, it also has a pickleball court, gymnasium, outdoor pools, trampolines, dance classes, fitness classes, café, kids activities, masseuse and physical therapist.
Carvoeiro town centre is just a 5 minute drive or Uber away. Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town with many options for international dining out. Enjoy a gentle stroll along The Boardwalk, taking in spectacular views of the coastline. Boat trips exploring the stunning caves and grottos, leave regularly from the beach. During the summer months (June – September), the square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a meal and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage.
A short 8 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. The city of Portimão just a little further afield but still only a 15 minute drive.
Located in such a central location, the villa is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.
The villa is best suited to couples and families. Please, no stag parties, hen parties etc. Parties and events at the property are strictly prohibited.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
