Description
Set in an enviable location with great access to the towns of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, and enjoying all the benefits of the Presa da Moura complex, this beautifully designed two-bedroom townhouse offers the best of both worlds. The house has full access to adult and children’s swimming pools, fully-equipped gym, steam room, jacuzzi, badminton court, ping pong table and boules. A beautiful balcony offers the perfect place to sit and enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding areas, or relax in the private garden, complete with sun-loungers.
With its upside down layout, the first floor accommodation comprises of entrance hall, bright and spacious living and dining area, with access to the lovely balcony with sea views, a well-equipped kitchen and utility area and guest WC.
Stairs lead to the lower level with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a twin room with en-suite shower room. Both rooms enjoy garden access through patio doors. The house is ideal for couples or a family.
A cot and high chair are available upon request.
There is easy on-street parking to the front.
The house is within easy walking distance of the striking clifftops of Vale da Lapa. Within a 15 minute walk of the house there are a few restaurants, coffee shops and mini market. The popular seaside town of Carvoeiro is just a 5 minute drive. Another short 5 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. Both towns are ideal for family holidays, with many options for international restaurants, cafes and dining experiences. Enjoy a gentle stroll along The Carvoeiro Boardwalk, taking in spectacular views of the coastline. Boat trips exploring the stunning caves and grottos, leave regularly from local beaches. During the summer months (June – September), Carvoeiro square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy food and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage. For the more adventurous you can choose from an abundance of watersports, tennis, hiking, golf, scuba diving, theme / water parks and so much more.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

I suggest the type of wall mounted sensors in the house are changed as they look like they have integrated cameras. I appreciate you said they weren't cameras, but they do look like camera lenses and so I recommend these are changed to prevent guest confusion and thinking that their privacy may be compromised.

Pequeno espaço relvado, muito agradável para descanso e brincadeiras das crianças e a disponibilidade de campos de jogos nas proximidades, enriqueceram a experiência. Apesar da piscina ficar a uns 200m da casa, o passeio com as crianças era fácil de percorrer. Estadia positiva! Recomendo.
